6.00 am, Manly Pool – Squad with Toby
Swim, bike and run at the Manly Pool with Toby. There will be a windtrainer option for anyone who wants it. Adult and JDS members are welcome.
Cost $10 plus pool entry
8.00 am, Manly Pool – Junior Squad
Swim and run session for juniors this week.
Cost $10 plus pool entry.
11.00 am, Rose Bay – Open Water Swim
High tide is at 11.00 am and we’ll be holding an open water swim in the area between Darling Point and the Spider Park, on the Esplanade at Manly. We will have a support boat and marker buoys.
This is an opportunity to practice those important open water skills. Wetsuits are optional and the session is weather dependent.

7.00 pm, Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club – Christmas Party!!
The adult Christmas Party is upstairs at MBTBC. Cost is $20, payable on the door, and includes a drink on arrival and finger food.
Sunday 29th November
5.30 am, Manly Pool – Club Bike Ride
We’ll have at least two groups leaving the pool at 5.30 am – one fast, one not so fast. Club and TA members only.

4.00 pm, Scout Hall – Transition Practice Session
Brendon Boyd is holding a transition session for all members, free of charge, in preparation for Raby Bay next weekend. Bring bikes, running gear and all other equipment you take to an event.
