We have Beginners’ programs running throughout the year. To register interest, and find out the dates of the next program send an email to admin@baysidemultisport.org.au with “Adult Beginner Program” in the subject box so we can let you know when the next program is available.

About the program

Attend three coached sessions per week with our friendly Triathlon Australia accredited coaches.
Receive an 8-week training plan.
Don’t have a bike? Our Club has a number of loan bikes available for use for the duration of the program.
Gain the basic skills to complete your first triathlon in a fun and safe environment.
