Training with Bayside Multisport

At Bayside Multisport, our goal is to provide a comprehensive training experience for our members. Led by our expert coaches Toby Sommerville, Lisa Jones, and Nicola Glasper, all accredited by Triathlon Australia, we offer a variety of sessions suitable for all levels throughout the week.

In addition to the club sessions, our coaches run their own businesses - Next Level Tri Coaching and Onpace Multisport. This unique setup benefits our members by providing diverse training options. With Next Level and Onpace offering alternate sessions, you get more flexibility, variety, and the chance to choose sessions that best fit your schedule. It's a triathlon training trifecta designed to cater to everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Join us for a well-rounded training experience at Bayside Multisport!

The following calendar is indicative of the weekly sessions available to our members. Sessions are focused on key events throughout the year.  However, if you would like a personalised training plan tailored to your specific needs these can be provided at an additional cost through our partners at
Next Level Triathlon Coaching and Onpace Multisport.

Manly Pool is the focal point for most club training sessions with the exception of some brick and open water sessions. As a member, you will be given access to our TeamApp training calendars which provide all the specific details for the club’s training sessions each week.
